Market Making / Quant Trader

Job Description

We are partnering with a leading crypto trading firm to hire a Market Making / Quant Trader to build and run trading strategies across liquid markets. This role is suitable for candidates from quant funds, proprietary trading firms, securities firms, exchanges, or crypto trading platforms, especially those with hands-on exposure to market making, high-frequency trading, derivatives trading, ETF trading, or liquidity provision. Responsibilities • Develop, backtest, and run market making / quantitative trading strategies • Trade across spot, futures, options, ETFs, or digital assets, depending on experience • Monitor order book dynamics, execution quality, inventory risk, and trading costs • Improve pricing models, quoting logic, hedging framework, and risk controls • Work closely with technology and infrastructure teams on execution, data, and low-latency systems • Analyze market microstructure, liquidity conditions, and trading opportunities • Support the build-out of scalable trading and risk management processes Show More
