Are you looking for a change? We are partnering with a global well-known securities business which they are looking for a highly motivated individual in supporting the trade floor. Responsibilities • To perform daily system health checking, monitoring & testing to ensure high availability all trading systems including OMS, EMS, connectivity, algo engine and Middle Office systems • Responsible for regional day-to-day support activities to support business users in HK office and regional offices • To perform analysis, development, testing and implementation of new clients connections for various system • To deploy change or perform post-change health check in a well-controlled and prudent manner • Coordinate/Liaise with business owners and IT on issue follow-up and to agree on priorities and schedules • Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis on possible system solutions and propose clear choices for business consideration • Update ticket status and documents regularly in SerivceNow and Sharepoint • To coordinate with Exchange on different projects and meet compliance requirements by attending market rehearsals • Assist business users by coordinating with other IT teams on any change and incident on IT infrastructure and core project • Weekend work and out of office hour supported is required Show More
