Job Description

Your new role • Provide essential support to the daily operations of the APAC Service Hub, with a strong emphasis on technical services, system readiness, and customer assistance. • Ensure all demo systems are fully operational, well-maintained, and prepared to effectively support customers across the region. • Perform quality checks, diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, and prepare systems for demonstrations. • Deliver remote technical support during Hong Kong business hours to assist customers when required. • Contribute to maintaining high service standards and a positive customer experience through technical expertise and a service-oriented approach. • Assist with operational logistics, including coordinating shipments and managing the movement of demo units within APAC.
