Job Description

Designation: Microsoft 365 Copilot SME / Architect About role: We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Copilot SME to design, build, and manage enterprise-grade Copilot and AI agent solutions across Microsoft 365 and the wider Microsoft ecosystem. This role will focus on enabling secure AI adoption, automation, and productivity transformation at a global scale. Required Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of IT experience with strong focus on Microsoft 365 ecosystem • Hands-on experience in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) • Experience with Copilot Studio or similar AI/agent-building platforms • Strong understanding of Microsoft Graph API integration • Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and data protection (DLP, information protection) • Experience working in large enterprise or global environments
