Hiring & Recruitment • Play an active role in trainee and early career hiring, driving the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate engagement to offer coordination • Deliver a high quality, professional candidate experience that reflects the firm’s employer brand Talent Mapping & Market Insight • Research talent markets and support the development of candidate pipelines for target roles • Contribute insights on talent availability, hiring trends, and competitor activity to inform recruitment strategies
