Job Description

Responsibilities: • Provide technical support and maintenance for the Core Banking application and related system • sCollaborate with business users and vendors to resolve application issues and implement enhancement • sMonitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of banking service • sParticipate in system upgrades, patching, and configuration change • sDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, configurations, and procedure s Requirement • s: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fi • eld7+ years of experience in technical support or engineering roles within banking or financial servi • cesHands-on experience with Core Banking systems (e.g., Temenos, Finacle, et • c.)Strong understanding of banking operations and transaction process • ingProficiency in SQL, scripting, and system integration to • olsFamiliarity with ITIL practices and incident/change management proces • sesAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented environm
