About the Client A reputable organization within the Technology sector with presence across APAC is currently seeking for a HR Business Partner. About the Role • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business divisions, providing strategic advice and solutions to business leaders • Partner with business leaders to conduct workforce planning, identify capability gaps and develop succession pipelines for critical technical and leadership roles • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop strategic hiring plans aligned with business growth targets • Support workforce analytics to forecast hiring needs, attrition risks and skills transformation requirements • Support leadership coaching and build management capability across all levels of the organization • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, employment matters, and conflict resolution • Provide advisory support on compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, benefits design and offer negotiation Show More
