Job Description

Responsibilities: • Act as the main liaison and representative with joint venture partners for daily project administration and ensure compliance with all agreements • Oversee and monitor the landscape works for a variety of development and revitalization projects, covering all aspects from design, procurement, contract management to cost and quality control • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, district councils, government departments, and other stakeholders to facilitate project planning, approvals, and implementation • Administer construction contracts, monitor project progress, manage site works and address any construction-related issues or complaints • Provide technical and project management support for entrustment projects nominated by the government, including feasibility studies and approval coordination • Undertake additional duties as assigned by supervisors Show More
