Position Summary We are seeking a high-caliber Crypto OTC Senior Sales Lead to drive the growth of our OTC trading desk. This is a premier individual contributor role designed for a seasoned professional with a deep book of business and a sophisticated understanding of the digital asset landscape. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle: from identifying and onboarding institutional prospects to executing high-volume trades and managing long-term strategic accounts.
