OVERVIEW Cult Gaia is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Business Development, APAC & Greater China to lead the growth and expansion of the brand across Greater China and key APAC markets. This role is responsible for driving the regional growth strategy with a primary focus on Tmall, China digital commerce, retail expansion, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building luxury or contemporary brands within China — managing Tmall businesses, opening retail stores, and developing strong relationships across the APAC luxury retail ecosystem.
