Finance Transformation Manager, change management Our client is a premier enterprise that is recognized for their commitment to digital excellence and is looking for a strategic expert to bridge the gap between complex technological shifts and organizational readiness. • Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies that facilitate the transition to new finance operating models and digital workflows. • Lead the people-centric side of finance transformation, ensuring high adoption rates and minimal resistance during the migration to Oracle Cloud environments. • Conduct detailed impact assessments to identify how shifts in financial processes will affect different business units and stakeholder groups. • Develop and manage communication plans that provide transparency and clarity to all levels of the organization regarding transformation milestones. • Facilitate training programs and workshops aimed at upskilling finance professionals on Oracle Cloud modules and updated internal controls. • Manage the cultural shift toward continuous improvement, encouraging a mindset of agility and technological proficiency within the finance team. • Track and report on change management metrics to demonstrate the ROI of transformation efforts and ensure project sustainability.
