Job Description

Business Function Group Finance aims to deliver world-class standards in reporting, financial planning and finance processes. We provide insights and analyses that help the bank make sound business decisions – whether in the areas of product development or customer profitability. We also provide capital management, business planning, forecasting, and tax and accounting advisory services. Responsibilities • Formulate, plan and execute Finance strategies and initiatives aligned with the Bank’s strategic direction. • Manage unit scorecard and budget plan, including targets, performance monitoring and identify areas for improvement. • Lead preparation of Finance management reports and presentations for senior management forums. • Manage strategic projects within Finance. Collaborate closely with Finance and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of Finance strategies. • Drive overall risk governance & control and effectively managing operational risk related deliverables. • Research best practices and market trends, to provide strategic insights to senior management for informed decision-making. • Provide support to the team in employee journey enhancement and support transformation for future growth of Finance with positive employee engagement.
