Job Description • Lead the overall strategy and development of the company's stablecoin payment ecosystem. • Drive adoption of stablecoin-based payment solutions across merchant and partner networks. • Build, manage, and scale strategic partnerships with merchants, payment providers, fintechs, and platforms. • Oversee business development initiatives to grow transaction volume, revenue, and market presence. • Collaborate with product and technology teams to design seamless digital payment solutions. • Identify new payment use cases, markets, and commercial opportunities for stablecoin applications. • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements with key stakeholders. • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments related to digital payments and stablecoins. • Work with compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure payment solutions meet regulatory and operational requirements. • Represent the company externally with merchants, partners, industry forums, and ecosystem events.
