Job Description

Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end onboarding for EAMs, Family Offices, and Type 1/9 licensees. • Manage the collection and validation of complex entity documentation, ownership charts, and mandates. • Conduct comprehensive AML/KYC checks, including PEP/Sanctions screening and Source of Wealth (SoW) assessments. • Collect and validate tax documentation (e.g., W‑8/W‑9, CRS, FATCA forms) • Coordinate with custodians to manage account linking and paperwork. Provide expert guidance on how different client structures impact custody and asset transfer processes. • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to design and automate onboarding workflows and client-structure modules within the platform. • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding queries, translating complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable steps for clients.
