Key Responsibilities: · Lead HR strategies, including C&B benchmarking, performance management, and succession planning · Ensure compliance with relevant employment ordinances, MPF ordinances, and Employment Ordinance · Manage monthly payroll, benefits administration, tax, leave management for 300+ headcounts, and medical liability insurance
