The RoleReport to CHRO and lead the Group's global HR and people strategy aligned with long‑term business objectivesAct as a strategic partner to senior leadership on organization design, workforce planning, and change initiativesDrive HR and organizational transformation, including structure review, job architecture, and HR digitalizationOversee global HR governance, policies, and compliance across multiple jurisdictionsLead senior‑level talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and internal mobilityDesign and manage global performance management, compensation, and reward frameworksManage HR budgeting, headcount planning, and manpower cost forecasting in partnership with FinanceHandle complex employee relations matters and embed a strong, inclusive, and performance‑driven culture Your ProfileBachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related disciplineMinimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience within multinational or global organizationsExperience in driving regional reorg / migration / M&A would be a big plusProven track record in global HR strategy formulation and large‑scale HR transformationStrong hands‑on expertise in organization design, job architecture, and market benchmarkingSolid knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Ordinance; regional/international exposure preferredExperience managing HR budgets, workforce cost control, and HR analyticsDemonstrated capability in leading HRIS initiatives and cross‑functional projectsStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills; fluent English required Apply Today To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
