PURPOSE • This role is responsible for the design and delivery of our group wide Agency strategy and programs focused on developing NextGen Agency Leaders to achieve our ambitious business growth objectives. • Developing our Agency leaders, with support from other initiatives, is critical to our sustainable growth. Continuously and significantly scaling up quality manpower and increase our No. of Active Agents rely on our professional agency leaders.
