Scope of Work Provide onsite and remote IT site support for end‑user devices and infrastructure. Work closely with global support teams and CLIENT stakeholders to ensure smooth IT operations, user satisfaction, and service delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities (Simplified) • Provide L2 support for Windows, macOS, and limited Linux, iOS, Android devices • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues • Support user onboarding, offboarding, and new‑hire induction • Perform tech refresh, asset lifecycle management, and asset reconciliation • Manage and track IT assets, licenses, and inventory • Handle incident management and request fulfillment via ServiceNow • Support enterprise applications and productivity tools (O365, Teams, JIRA, Confluence, MFA) • Assist with Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, and Exchange (Hybrid) • Provide basic network support (IP validation, static IPs, RDP setup) • Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for warranty, repairs, printing, telecom, and disposal • Support meeting rooms, printers, servers, switches, APs, and UPS (with global IT teams) • Follow established processes, SLAs, and contribute to continuous service improvement
