Ecosystem and Partnership Manager

Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing? • Build and scale partner ecosystem, including technology partners, solution providers, and channel partners • Design, implement, and continuously improve partnership programs, including partner tiers, onboarding models, incentives, and engagement frameworks • Identify, negotiate, and draft partnership program agreements and commercial frameworks, working closely with internal stakeholders such as Legal and Finance • Work closely internally to support technical integrations, APIs, and platform interoperability with partners. Provide SaaS service for reselling service, and work with internal team to develop a PaaS model for other partners with more technical capabilities. • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating partner technical requirements into practical platform collaboration opportunities • Enable partners with product knowledge, technical documentation, and joint go‑to‑market support • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute joint go‑to‑market initiatives and drive platform adoption • Define and monitor ecosystem performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation and growth • Liaise with ecosystem partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful long‑term collaboration Show More
