Summary Our client, a leading provider in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry, is currently seeking a Technical Customer Services Specialist to support a key account. The successful candidate will manage both softline and hardline products (e.g., water bottles, sunglasses, and other light outdoor items), serving as a bridge between the TIC provider and the client to address technical and physical testing matters.
