Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support a global Finance Reporting ESG programme, with a strong focus on controls documentation and coordination across Finance, Risk, and IT domains. This role sits within a global team driving ESG integration into financial reporting, where ESG is a critical and growing component. Finance domain experience is not mandatory, but strong controls and documentation experience is essential. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and support end-to-end documentation of controls across Finance, Risk, and IT functions • Ensure proper alignment of controls with ESG reporting requirements within financial reporting frameworks • Act as a central coordinator for controls across multiple functions and regions • Work closely with global stakeholders to standardize and streamline control frameworks • Support controls gap assessments, remediation tracking, and documentation updates • Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation in line with internal governance and regulatory expectations • Facilitate collaboration between business, risk, and technology teams to ensure consistency in control execution Show More
