Role Introduction Lead the delivery and evolution of Cathay’s IT infrastructure by bringing together strong technical judgement, disciplined governance and effective collaboration across domains. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations, working closely with internal IT teams and external infrastructure support service providers to ensure platforms are resilient, secure, highly available and aligned with business demand. Day to day, the work spans technical governance, service transition, change management and proactive maintenance across infrastructure and applications. It involves making informed decisions on component versions, patching strategies and enabling technologies, while guiding stakeholders through design trade‑offs, risks and dependencies throughout the delivery lifecycle.
