Role Introduction This role is part of our Engineering Department who are focused on reassurance, keeping our people and our customer’s safe, ensuring that in every aspect of our operation. we have industry leading performance and that our various fleet programmes are delivering to plan, budget and specification As a Senior Maintenance Controller, you will be responsible for providing on the spot technical advice to flight crews and line maintenance engineers, both in the air and on the ground, to resolve Aircraft on Ground and technical disruption events to minimise customer impact and the loss of aircraft availability. Moreover, you will be responsible for the 24/7 technical worldwide operational management of the Cathay Pacific and Air Hong Kong fleets and will be required to work on shift in the Cathay Pacific Integrated Operations Centre in Cathay City and/or the joint Cathay Pacific/HAECO Centre of Excellence in Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 1
