This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about medical technology to bridge the gap between global R&D and regional market execution within a collaborative and innovative environment. about the job. • Direct the global messaging and strategic positioning for the General Surgery portfolio, including specialised and private label segments. • Distill complex technical updates and product modifications into persuasive, customer-centric, and regulatory-compliant commercial value propositions. • Construct structured FAB frameworks and robust value propositions to drive global market adoption. • Orchestrate global product launch sequences in close alignment with Marketing Communications, Sales, and regional product teams. • Engineer a comprehensive suite of global sales enablement tools, including launch briefs and training modules, that uphold brand integrity and compliance standards. • Synchronize with regional offices to ensure the seamless and accurate dissemination of product enhancements and lifecycle changes. • Serve as the primary subject matter expert, delivering high-level technical briefings to internal stakeholders and international partners. • Partner directly with the Senior Leadership and cross-functional leads in R&D, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to refine commercial strategies. • Function as the vital link between Headquarters and local offices to ensure unified messaging and successful market execution.
