Purpose of the Job This role requires a dynamic individual who can balance technical expertise with strategic vision, serving as both a "Business Partner" to Finance teams and a "Product Owner" who owns and manages the ERP system. The ERP Manager will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the system and operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, and aligning the ERP roadmap with business growth and needs. Responsibilities ERP System Management • Oversee the management and operation of the ERP system using Oracle EBS (Finance modules) and Microsoft D365 (Supply Chain modules). • Act as the "Product Owner" to own and manage the ERP system, ensuring its effective utilization and continuous improvement. • Formulate and manage ERP projects aimed at enhancing system functionality and operational efficiency. • Work closely with business stakeholders to design and implement the ERP roadmap in alignment with business growth and needs, managing the necessary budget and project control.
