The Head of Risk is responsible for leading Cyberport’s enterprise‑wide risk management framework, providing independent oversight and strategic risk advisory to senior management and the Board. The role ensures effective identification, assessment, management, and reporting of strategic, operational, technology, cybersecurity, regulatory, and emerging risks, in line with Hong Kong public‑sector governance standards and best practices.
