What The Day Will Look Like Deliver leading benefit solutions to multinational clients. These typically include; • Development of global benefit strategies and policies aligned with client's business objectives • Benchmark and design benefit programs across APAC (e.g. medical & risk insurances, employee perquisites and allowances, expatriate benefits) • Provision of optimal benefit funding strategies and leading risk management solutions • Design and implementation of leading benefit technology solutions • Lead M&A due diligence and integration projects • Provide benefits data analytics advisory • Design and execution of health and wellness strategies • Pursue opportunities to articulate Aon's Global Benefits and broader benefits consulting offering to the market • Collaborate on business development opportunities with Global or Regional Sales teams • Contribute to leveraging Aon's capabilities to build differentiated and innovative global benefits solutions • Foster close working relationships across the firm, within both Global Benefits and Health & Benefits, as well colleagues from Human Capital and Risk Capital team • Strategic account management for key Aon global benefit client relationships • Models client focus excellence and responsible for mentoring and training junior consulting staff Show More
