Job Description

Responsibilities • Identify and capture ECM mandates (blocks, placings, and IPOs) with a high level of autonomy. • Manage day-to-day ECM deal execution. • Leverage his/her established institutional investor network to facilitate deal distribution. • Meet revenue and financial targets by building and maintaining deal pipeline. • Build long-term client relationships by providing sophisticated, tailored financial solutions and acting as a trusted advisor on market trends and insights. Candidate Profile • Minimum 3 years of work experience in Equity Capital Markets (ECM) or Investment Banking. • A proven portfolio of investor and corporate relationships, with a demonstrated ability to originate new business. • A proven track record of successfully executing diverse ECM transactions (IPOs, FOs, blocks, and private placements).
