Job Description

Job Accountabilities • Support the APAC Operational Excellence Team to deliver the projects of simplification and automation • Gather requirements from users and support the functional design • Assist in developing solutions by Microsoft Power Tools • Participate in "As-Is" and "To-Be" business process requirements / optimization sessions with users • Support the business process mapping and documentation Job Qualifications • Undergraduate of Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering is preferable • Experience with Microsoft product offering, such as PowerApps, PowerBI, Power Automate, Sharepoint Content Management, etc. • Strong interest in business analysis for IT and non-IT projects, Operational Excellence, Process Reengineering, etc. • Basic knowledge of process mapping tools is an advantage, e.g. Visio, Mural • Good knowledge of Microsoft Offices • Good communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English Show More
