What this job involves: This is a key role to drive JLL’s Critical Environment Management best practices across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Japan. Protect the health and Safety of staff and others by adhering to and developing guidelines and strategies. • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to engineering assets leveraging YGP. • Ensure compliance with JLL programs and audit programs and participate in EOS community initiatives. • Ensure alignment and compliance to established Policies and Standard Operating Procedures for the management of the client’s Critical Environment (CEM) • Support the Solutions Development team to convert Sales opportunities into successful IFM Accounts for JLL • Drive Innovation & New Technology to support and optimize Facility Operations • Ensure proper engineering documentation and adherence to the established change management controls for all sites • Conduct audits to ensure that all Safety procedures, including disaster recovery and business continuity plan and escalation procedures are in place and maintained. • Adhere to Jones Lang LaSalle’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures, and strategies. • Support the Account Business where SME skills are required outside of Account BAU activity, specifically with critical environments such as data centres, trading floors or business critical systems.
