Summary Provide onsite and remote IT support for end-user devices, applications, and workplace infrastructure. Ensure smooth IT operations by resolving incidents, managing assets, and supporting user lifecycle activities in collaboration with global support teams. Responsibilities: • Deliver technical support for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android devices • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues; coordinate with vendors for repairs • Support enterprise applications (e.g., ServiceNow, Azure AD, Microsoft 365) • Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning and recovery • Track and maintain IT assets, inventory, and compliance • Provide onsite infrastructure support (network devices, servers, meeting rooms, print services) • Execute hardware refresh and procurement activities • Handle incidents and service requests in line with SLAs • Perform basic networking and desktop support tasks • Contribute to user training and continuous service improvement
