The Company Our client is a leading financial institution, and they are seeking for Office Manager to join their team. The Role • Meeting & Event Coordination Master Scheduler: Manage and optimize meeting room bookings to prevent double-bookings and ensure priority sessions have space. Technical Readiness: Ensure all conference rooms are equipped with necessary tech (AV, Zoom/Teams setups) and troubleshoot minor issues before meetings begin. Hospitality: Coordinate catering for lunch-and-learns, board meetings, or client visits, and manage the "front-of-house" experience for guests. • Expense & Vendor Management
