• 6–12 years in infrastructure/energy, in investment banking, advisory or principal investing, with strong execution across debt, M&A and related products. • Proven experience in financing in one or more target sectors. • Excellent execution, project management, attention to detail, and focus on closing deals. • Strong financial modelling, research, due diligence, documentation, and presentation skills. • Entrepreneurial, deal‑maker mindset with a passion for emerging‑markets infrastructure and energy, ESG, and development finance. • Top‑tier academic background; Southeast Asian language skills a plus but not required; willingness to travel.
