The Role Objective: Merger and Acquisition Senior Manager is a senior member in the M&A team that is responsible for leading and overseeing the company's mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships. The M&A team plays a critical role in driving the company's growth strategy by identifying and evaluating potential M&A opportunities, conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and managing the integration process.
