Job Responsibilities: • Formulate ICBC International investment banking customer development strategy, develop ICBC International investment banking business platform, and complete strategic planning requirements and management medium and long-term goals and indicators assigned by the management; • Complete the annual revenue, profit, market share and other business and financial indicators; • Leverage personal professional experience to develop investment banking business, ensuring ICBCI secures sponsor roles in Hong Kong IPOs and leading positions in other investment banking transactions; • Improve the management and operation system of the investment banking department, and continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer service, project initiation and execution; • Leverage the functional role of ICBC International within the ICBC Group, interact with the ICBC system, and promote internal and external linkages to further develop the traditional business of ICBC.
