Investment Banking - Technology Media & Telecom - Director

Your key responsibilities

• Lead the origination and execution of IB business, with a strong focus in Technology, Media and Telecom sectors
• Leading client marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches
• Lead the Due diligence of clients and transactions
• Build/maintain client relationships
• Driving complex, multi-jurisdictional execution-related matters for mandated transactions in an efficient manner
• Collaborating with colleagues locally / overseas to leverage the firm's existing relationships to increase revenue from such client base

Role is required to be performed primarily on-site at the International Commerce Centre. Relevant health and safety requirements may apply.

Your skills and experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry with direct experience in Corporate Finance covering the Technology, Media & Telecom sectors
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage demanding clients; Detail oriented and commercial acumen are critical
• Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask
• Ability to take initiative with strong critical thinking skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
