Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Vice President to join our Investment Banking division within the General Industrials team. This role offers immediate exposure to large, complex transactions and provides significant responsibility from the outset within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions across the Industrials sector. • Oversee the development of complex financial models, valuations, and industry analyses to support transaction execution and client recommendations. • Provide deep sector expertise, including insights into trends, risks, and opportunities across Industrials sub‑sectors such as manufacturing, chemicals, automotive, and building materials. • Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring high‑quality deliverables while supporting their professional development. • Drive business development initiatives by originating ideas, preparing client pitches, and presenting to prospective and existing clients. • Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal control standards.
