Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution Architect / Deployment Lead to join a global consulting leader in Hong Kong. This is a senior, high-impact role responsible for leading large-scale Oracle Cloud transformations for major clients across Asia and beyond. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud solution architecture and deployment for complex, multi-module implementations. • Own solution design across Financials, SCM, HCM, CX, and EPM modules. • Drive Finance Transformation programmes, including business process re-design, fit-gap analysis, and optimisation of business flows. • Manage technical delivery including integrations (OIC, PaaS), data migration, cutover planning, upgrades, and post-go-live support. • Act as the primary client-facing solution expert — present to C-level stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure business requirements are translated into robust technical solutions. • Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams on Oracle Cloud best practices, architecture standards, and delivery excellence. • Review technical designs, oversee QA/testing strategies, and ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.
