Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee & Manage on-going paid advertising campaigns on Google AdWords and Facebook Ad Manager • Working closely with the Platform Director to ensure smooth and relevant translation from strategy to plan for performance marketing campaigns • Preparation and rationale of paid search & paid social campaign recommendations and quarterly review • Ensure budget and KPI pacing to targets across all campaigns • Analyze ongoing performance to identify campaign trends and key insights to ensure pro-active solutions are regularly presented to clients • Ensure that all reports are clean, accurate and up to date • Continuously recommend ideas/tactics to account lead for campaign optimization • Understand client business needs and align campaign execution strategy to them • Mentor and develop skills and capabilities of performance specialists, and enable independent thinking and decision making • Prepares regular case studies and best practices on campaigns that best utilized data/research products
