Role Overview The Team Manager – E-commerce & Communication is responsible for leading the online sales strategy and managing digital communication channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role combines commercial performance management with brand communication oversight to ensure a consistent and impactful customer experience across all digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities 1. E-commerce Strategy & Operations • Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives. • Manage day-to-day operations of online platforms (website, marketplaces, apps). • Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and KPIs; implement improvement actions. • Optimize customer journey, UX/UI, and checkout processes to enhance conversion. • Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory alignment. • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure platform functionality and upgrades.
