Profile - AV Solutions Engineer Experience- 5+ years Location - HK Looking for Permanent Resident and Citizen Must have - MS Team, Cisco/Polycom/Logitech Job Description : • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. • Strong technical knowledge of audio-visual systems, including hardware (e.g., projectors, displays, microphones), software applications, video conferencing systems, control systems, and signal distribution. • Proficiency in troubleshooting AV system issues and familiarity with diagnostic tools and technology. • Excellent teamwork skills. • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute tasks efficiently and effectively. • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. • Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and emerging AV technologies, as well as the client’s policies and procedures related to AV systems. • hands on video conferencing devices & platforms like MS/Google/Zoom • worked on VC OEM devices like Cisco/Poly/Logi • onboarding/installation experience with above devices Show More
