【Key Responsibilities】 • Market Assessment: Conduct in-depth analysis of target countries' macro-environment, power sector dynamics, and renewable energy policies. Provide data-driven recommendations on prioritized investment countries, sustainable business development/investment models, and project screening criteria for opportunities’ evaluation. • Pipeline / Project Development: Identify, screen, and maintain a database of key local partners (e.g., energy-focused investment banks, developers, IPPs, funds, EPC contractors, advisor firms). Foster regular engagement to source and develop pipeline projects. Work closely with local team to facilitate the implementation of annual tasks and targets. • Deal Execution Support: Actively participate in and coordinate cross-functional internal teams throughout the execution of investment and M&A projects.
