We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for Trading OMS/PMS systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch support to clients within the financial industry. • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal users facing technical issues with Trading OMS/PMS systems • Provide timely and effective resolution to technical support tickets. • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. • Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference. • Conduct training sessions for clients on system functionalities and best practices. • Proactively identify areas for improvement in system performance and user experience.
