Lead PMO and governance for across Business Banking (SME) and Corporate Banking. You’ll set up strong delivery governance, manage RAID and financials, drive cross functional alignment (Business, Tech, Ops, Risk/Compliance), and ensure the program delivers outcomes at pace with clear controls and transparency. Key responsibilities Programmed governance & cadence • Establish and run governance forums (working groups, SteerCo, design authority as needed). • Define decision rights, RACI, escalation paths, and program ways of working.
