Our client, a leading digital financial institution in Hong Kong, is seeking a senior MLRO to own and lead its financial crime compliance function. Registered with the local regulator, you will serve as the primary point of contact on all AML/CFT matters, oversee financial crime governance, manage regulatory inspections, remediation programmes, and drive continuous enhancement of the FCC framework. Your oversight will include CDD/KYC, transaction monitoring, and sanctions screening. You will lead a team and work cross-functionally across the organisation, partnering closely with Risk, Legal, Technology, and Business to support the institution's growing business.
