Job Summary: Provide comprehensive support to a group of Relationship Managers in managing and enhancing Premier Banking client relationships. Assist to support client’s general enquiries and product information request to ensure timely response and personalized quality service delivery. What you will be doing: Support and manage in-branch customer traffic at Premier Banking Centre and resolve clients’ enquiries on banking products/ services (if involves Investment or Insurance) Support general enquiries on wealth and insurance products, such as checking UT fund price, a/c outstanding balance, effective date of the order or maturity of the deal (e.g. Linked Deposit etc) Show More
