The role is responsible for the entire lifecycle of security products, including market analysis, strategy, development, and solution delivery, collaborating with engineering and sales teams to define and launch products like anti-DDoS, managed firewall, SASE services etc, Your Role • Develop and manage PCCW Global’s security products from pre-sales stages to service delivery stages, manage the full product delivery cycle for our clients. • As a Security Consultant, support pre-sales and sales teams with customer proposals related to technical security services and solutions • Collaborate closely with the project managers, engineers, customers and partners to carry out PoC (Proof of Concept) or provision / maintain Security Services • Provided support in product planning and development that contribute to Annual Operational Plan (AOP) planning • Prepare business cases for capital and operational expenditure funding to support security product development and network augmentation • Perform additional activities, duties, or responsibilities as required Show More
