About client: Our client is one of the Luxury fashion brands - To cope with their expansion plan in HK, they are seeking a dynamic and open-minded individual to join their team as a Boutique In-charge who is experienced and passionate for fashion and a willingness to learn are essential. Responsibilities: • Manage the overal P&L of the store • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a luxury experience for all clients. • Drive sales and meet store targets through effective product knowledge and sales techniques. • Assist in training and developing team members to deliver the brand's standards. • Ensure the store maintains a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere at all times. • Collaborate with internal funtional teams such as Merchandising, Training, VM and Marketing to drive the brand' projects and campaign
