Job Description

Responsibilities: • Valid signing authority for Hong Kong IPO/corporate finance transactions. • Assist department head to handle the execution of various operations. • Lead team to execute projects. • Ensure full compliance of staff and transactions. • Maintain good customers relationship and handle daily communication. • Develop and focus on specific industry segments and help build team knowledge database. • Help monitor and provide guidance to team and juniors in staff development. Requirements: • Bachelor in Finance, Econ., Accounting or other business-related discipline (MBA holder is an advantage). • Valid signing authority for Hong Kong IPO/corporate finance transactions. • Preferable current SFC licence holder or member of HKICPA, CFA. • More than 12 years experience in the field of corporate finance. • Proven track record: at least one completed IPO as a Signing Principal. • Highly driven, detail-oriented, and diligent with strong analytical, communication, and writing skills. • Deep expertise in IPO, M&A, and ECM deal execution. • Ability to interact comfortably with business clients and management. • Adaptability, able to manage projects independently and be ready to assume a high level of responsibility as a member of a team.
