Financial Controller - Insurance/ Brokerage

Job Description

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close, delivering accurate management accounts, financial statements, and variance analysis. • Own end‑to‑end controllership including GL, AP, AR, accruals, provisions, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit‑ready documentation. • Oversee treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, bank relationships, and working capital optimisation. • Manage insurance brokerage accounting, including commission income recognition, receivables, payables, and billing accuracy. • Lead statutory reporting, tax filings, and regulatory compliance across HK, SG, and CN, acting as primary contact for auditors and regulators. • Strengthen internal controls and audit readiness using Big 4 best practices. • Act as a key stakeholder in ERP system implementation and finance process automation. • Drive continuous process improvement and collaborate closely with regional finance, operations, compliance, IT, and external service providers.
